Booking &
Payment Policy
Bookings may be made through the online bookings page. Follow the prompts through the CLINIKO booking service to secure your appointment. Alternatively you may book via phone or email communication. Appointment and supplement payments are to be made via EFTPOS or bank transfer on the same day of your appointment. You will receive an invoice via email if your appointment is online. If payment is failed to be made, a $5 late fee will incur for every week the invoice is overdue.
Pricing Policy
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Discounted services are only available for the specified period of time.
Behaviour and Etiquette
Please be respectful during communication via email, social media and during consultations. Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. The consultation will be terminated immediately should such behaviour occur.
Client Intake Forms
Client intake forms are to be completed at least 24 hours prior to your consultation to ensure that you receive the best quality of care. This is only a requirement of new patients and the link to the online form can be found in your booking confirmation email. Where a client intake form has not been completed prior to the scheduled appointment time, it must be completed during the consultation and may be at the expense of your consultation duration.

Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required to avoid a late cancellation fee ($50). If you do not attend your consult (online), a late cancellation fee also applies.
Re-sheduling
You may of course re-schedule consultations up to 24 hours prior to your booked appointment. Please contact us via email for all appointment changes. If for any reason your practitioner cannot attend an appointment due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be advised as soon as possible with the option to re-schedule.
